Hello everyone!
I know due to the holiday season a number of our DMs haven't been around lately to help our lovely players out of sticky situations. I just want to clear up some misconceptions about Support/Tech DMs. Even though we do not run events, we do have the opportunity to help you guys out when problems arise. Whether it is about bugs in the system, your one free rez, ect., we have the power to help you out as you enjoy the server. We don't want you to be out of luck for a couple of hours in the server waiting for one of the main DMs to come back and help. That's why we are here. With this being said, please keep this in mind. We want to make sure everyone knows they will have help if they need it. All you have to do is ask. =)
