Name: Scratch
Age: Unknown but he appears to be in late teens to early twenties
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 165lbs
Appearance: With a bald and tattooed head, and scars over most of his body, Scratch would appear to have lived a very rough life. He has tattoos over his face and arms. His skin is olive colored and his muscles are corded and tight as though years of disciplined use have honed them to a fighting edge. He would wear minimal clothing, though it would not seem to be a hindrance to his fighting ability. Strapped to each hip would be well used and well maintained scimitars. He would not seem to have any other supplies than the clothing on his back and the blades on his hips.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~HISTORY~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Get up, Dog! Why am I even wasting my time on you?!" The crack of a whip striking the ground would cause the young boy to jump to his feet and begin the kata again. The large and muscular fighter standing opposite of him would begin to swing in controlled and incredibly fast strikes meant to be countered by the kata performed by the young boy. Their kata routine would be repeated faster and faster as the boy dodged, blocked and counterattacked. This routine started from the age of three, the boy now somewhere near ten years old had gone through a constant life of fear, abuse, and training. When the child would cry out in pain, ask a question, or say anything at all he would be punished. Eventually the young boy gave up trying opting instead to focus all of his efforts into not getting hurt.
Years later, when the art of hand to hand combat was thoroughly beaten into him, he would begin weapons. His form and ferocity lending itelf greatly to using two blades. The circular sweeping strikes blending well with the scimitar. The routine never changed: training, abuse, training, food, training, ending the night with more abuse before hunkering down in a cage for the night.
Several years later, master's training would pay off. When Scratch was unleashed upon the fighter at the other side of the ring, his blades would lash out and end it in seconds. This became the story with every fighter he came up against. Bell would ring, master said kill, and Scratch would do so.
Master's friends began to dislike master. They would give him clinky metal bits after the fight and their faces would look ugly when they did so. Scratch doesn't understand why they do it if they didn't like it...
Several fights later, Scratch would kill a man in the ring.. and he would get up again... so scratch killed him again... When Scratch looks out of the ring he would see everyone fighting everyone. He didn't understand why they would do that, but he knew that they really liked watching him fight so maybe they were trying to be like him.
He got out of the ring and went up to master who was fighting a man. Scratch knew that master didn't like fighting and told Scratch to protect him. Unsure though since Master didn't say kill, Scratch would just pull the man off of Master and hold him... Master ran away looking scared. Scratch didn't understand that either so he ran after Master... By the time Scratch found Master, Master was already being bit and hit and tugged on by lots of men... Scratch killed them all... and killed them again... Master stood up from being dead. He attacked Scratch so Scratch ran away knowing master would not be happy that Scratch let those men bite him...
-hopefully more to come, and I hope you like the character!-
