Salvage/Recovery of Ammunition - Triggers from any source

Tested it out with my starter bullets on Ssej'ir. It seems if you deal damage while wielding a Ranged Weapon + Ammo, it will attempt to do the Salvage/Recovery script. Regardless if the damage was from the Ranged Weapon or not. (Ex. Magic Missile)
