Just an introduction *Waves* I mightn't be able to be on all the time because RL is super busy but I'll be around! Going to go post my bio now... is it ok to post it before I've made my character? I need to install CEP 2.6 still.

Yeah, it's perfectly fine to post a bio before making the character, feel free. Many people prefer it, actually, so they can get started with a bit of a safety net at level 2. It's not required, of course, but yeah, you do you.
