Notes on the Upcoming DM Election

Now that almost a month has gone by, normally we'd be prepping for another election.

However, given the nature of the low activity and development crunch month that we had, the January DMs didn't really get a chance to spread their wings. As such we're going to extend their term another month in the hopes that the pending update (which is coming soon for real!) will encourage a little more player activity.
