Chills filled the air and old wounds ached recently one night in Kalaram, most mages able to detect a massive surge of negative energy growing in the city - making the undead restless, and the living oppressed simply for being around. The coming dawn however...few would know how or why that growing negative energy swell ended...how Abel boldly closed the portal through his simple, but effective actions...or how a creature from beyond the planes had seen into this one...
