Was looking over the subraces, and I was wondering if Undead Subraces would be allowed here (vampires really, doubt a there would be a level 1-2 lich.) Assuming that a vampire would be a +2 or +3 ECL race.

Yeah. I personally can't see any race with that high of a level adjustment getting approved. Especially since the ECL along is the level cap on the server, at the moment.

If you've got any undead templates (DnD 3.5e approved) that are within the ECL restrictoins (+1 or +2), I can consider your request. Post them here and i'll let you know what I think of them.
